For UK recruitment agencies

Your agency's own job site, without the agency-sized bill.

From £70 a month, set up for you, run by someone you can actually talk to.

Paying for features you never use?

Most agencies only need a great job board, smooth applications and a site that looks like them. Here's what that costs on typical platforms, and here.

Typical platforms

£250+ a month

  • About £3,000 a year
  • Usually on a 3-year contract: £9,000 or more before you can leave
  • Features you never use

Starter, with us

£100 a month

  • £1,700 in your first year, including setup
  • Then £1,200 a year, or £1,000 a year with annual billing
  • No minimum term: leave whenever you like
  • The features you'll actually use, and a person you can talk to

That's about half the cost from year one, and less after that.

How it works

No custom build, no long project. Just three steps.

  1. Book a chat or fill in the form

Tell me about your agency, your sectors and what you need from your site.

  2. We brand and set up your site

Your name, logo, colours, copy, images and emails, all set up for you to start with.

  3. You're live in 14 days

From then on you run it yourself: post jobs, take applications and change anything you like from your dashboard.

Everything your agency needs, nothing it doesn't

Your site is yours to run. Change your name, logo, colours, copy, images, jobs and emails any time from a simple staff dashboard, without asking me. There's no code and no developer to wait for.

  • Job board

Search and filters by sector, location and keyword, so candidates find the right role fast.

  • Candidate accounts

Candidates register, keep their details on file and apply in a couple of clicks.

  • Saved jobs

Candidates shortlist the roles they like and come back to them later.

  • Job alerts

New roles that match a candidate's search land in their inbox automatically.

  • Branded emails

Every email candidates get carries your name, logo and wording.

  • GDPR requests

Candidates can ask for their data or ask to be deleted, and you handle it from the dashboard.

  • Analytics

Visits, job views, applications, apply rate, traffic sources and jobs needing attention.

  • Two-factor login

Staff sign in with a password and an emailed code. Standard on every plan.

Staff dashboard page editor, changing the homepage headline and background image

Edit every page yourself. Changes go live straight away.

Who you'll be working with

Hi, I'm Toby

I'm a software engineer. I've spent my career building products in InsurTech, HealthTech and food logistics, and I've led engineering teams along the way. I built this platform because hiring is broken, and small agencies were paying big-platform prices for websites they barely used.

You'll deal with me directly, from the first chat to support after launch.

Questions agencies ask

Can you move my existing jobs over?

Yes. Moving jobs from your current site is a paid extra, quoted for your agency depending on how many there are and where they live now.

Can I change things on my site myself?

Yes, everything. Your name, logo, colours, page copy, images, jobs and emails are all edited from your staff dashboard, and changes go live straight away. You don't need to ask me or know any code.

Do I need a domain?

Yes, your site runs on your own web address. I handle all the hosting, so if you already own a domain, just give it to me and I'll connect it. If you need a new one, I can register it for you at extra cost, depending on the domain.

What happens to candidate data?

Applications are emailed straight to you, so candidate details stay with your team. Your data is yours: if you ever leave, I hand it over.

Is there a minimum term?

No. The setup fee covers the work to get you live. After that, plans roll monthly (or yearly if you pay annually) and you can cancel before your next billing date.

What if the setup isn't right?

Talk to me. If your site doesn't deliver what we agreed, I'll put it right. That's the point of working with a person rather than a platform.

How long does setup take?

You'll be live within 14 days of sending your logo, copy and images. Often sooner.

What does two-factor login mean for my staff?

After their password, staff get a 6-digit code by email to finish signing in. They can tick "Remember this computer" to skip the code on that browser for 30 days.
